For a start, on Day 1, we don't spend any time focusing on the business. Day 1 is special, we reinvent you as an entrepreneur. In the years I've been working as a high level consultant, as well as running my own businesses, I've seen so many times people that approach me and say "please help me fix my business", and what's really the challenge is never a problem with the business, it is always systemic from a problem with the business owner.
If you fix the issues of the business owner, limiting beliefs, issues around how they handle uncertainty, different situations on how to make decisions. If we handle that, which is all about uncovering your limiting patterns, your beliefs that no longer serve you, your aspects and attitude in relationship to business, or money, or time. Then things in the business can start to unfold. So day 1 is massively transformational as a personal experience.
Then on days two and three, we get down to business where I teach you the 10 master skills and competencies that all great successful entrepreneurs have. And until you master these, don't worry about learning anything else. This is where you wanna spend you time, and your focus. And not only that, we walk out after the three days with a plan that is specific to you, so that you know exactly what you're doing first thing on Monday morning.
